Resveratrol is a very delicate molecule which can convert very rapidly from what is called Trans-Resveratrol to its lesser form cis-Resveratrol, as quickly as 15 minutes when exposed to light, oxygen, or heat. Trans-Resveratrol is the only form of Resveratrol that has been shown to activate the sirtuin 1 DNA-repair gene.
The problem with manufacturing this delicate molecule is that what you start out with and end up with may be two different things.
Resveratrol is manufactured and sold in a number of different forms: solid tablets, pills, liquid, or capsules.
Imagine the manufacturing of the pill form. It starts out in powder form and then is compressed into a pill. You may have seen footage on TV showing pills going down the conveyer belt and bouncing around before they are dropped into bottles and then sealed. This whole process has exposed the product to light and oxygen. Even after opening the sealed bottle the product is once again being exposed to oxygen and light.
The liquid form of Resveratrol also suffers the same consequences. Even if the liquid form is manufactured in an oxygen-free environment, once you open the container you have just exposed it to oxygen.
Think of a bottle of wine. If you have ever tried to drink some wine that was opened five days earlier, you know what I talking about. It has degraded in taste and quality. There are many products on the market that come in capsule form. The problem here is that those products start out in powder form and are compressed into capsules that are not airtight or sealed, thereby exposing the product to the degrading effects of light and oxygen.

REZILIENCE is a unique product of 100mg of Trans-Resveratrol that is manufactured in an oxygen-free, nitrogen-rich, environment and sealed in opaque capsules made of chlorophyll under stringent clinical and environmental conditions by CAPSUGELĀ®, a subsidiary of PFIZER, using their patented process.

REZILIENCE has gone the extra mile by having each individual capsule sealed in blister packs to ensure the highest quality of Resveratrol achievable.
